If you came to this page, you will see that Harvard and The University of Texas offers free tuition under certain circumstances. This information is being provided to allow you to see that, some school use their funds for helping students, rather than building or buying nicer newer things.
This page is not to bring down Texas Tech University. This page is to solely show you that you have other options, if you cannot afford Texas Tech. Texas Tech is an amazing school, with amazing professors, facilities, and programs. If you are in need of help please refer to the scholarships page. The Griffin Financial Aid Office provides need-based aid that allows us to bring the best students to Harvard, regardless of their ability to pay. Thanks in large part to Ken Griffins transformative generosity, along with that of many other donors who support our groundbreaking financial aid program, twenty-four percent of students pay nothing to attend, and more than half receive need-based scholarships. So, yes—you can afford Harvard.
